Every year, thousands of you use Collection Pot to thank the teachers who made a difference. The ones who cheered your kid on. Spotted what others missed. Made school feel epic.
To celebrate those stories, we’re on the hunt for Britain’s Best Teacher. We want you to tell us why your teacher deserves to be crowned Britain’s best.
We want to hear your stories about those extraordinary teachers who go above and beyond every single day.

What to include in your application
Tell us what makes your teacher the best. Do you have a teacher who makes school a joy to attend? Maybe they created a breakfast club that your child loves, or maybe they’ve supported your child through a tough time. Whatever the reason, we want to know why your teacher deserves to be crowned the best in Britain.
Nominations open on June 9th and you have until June 22nd to nominate.
The winner will be announced July 4th.
If there is more than one person nominating the winning teacher they will be entered into a prize draw for one winner to be drawn at random.
To enter, simply head over to FunKids radio and nominate your favourite teacher.
Free teacher themed e-cards
Once you’ve submitted your nomination, don’t forget to create a free Collection Pot for your favourite teacher. It’s a fantastic way to gather a group card and collection from the whole class to say thanks. Plus, if your teacher wins, we’ll top up the Pot with an additional £250!
